3. Accounts

4. Dog Profiles
You may create profiles for dogs in your care. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including health, vaccination and medication details.
5. Family Sharing
You may invite family members or caregivers to a dog profile. People you invite can view and contribute to that dog's information. You are responsible for who you invite and for removing access when appropriate.
6. User Responsibilities
You remain fully responsible for your dog's care and wellbeing. Reminders and logs are tools to help you stay organized; they may not always be delivered or displayed as expected, and you should not rely on them as your only safeguard.
7. Ask Lumi / AI Features
Ask Lumi provides AI-powered informational guidance based on the questions and images you submit. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment and do not rely on Lumi for decisions about your dog's health.
8. Veterinary / Medical Disclaimer
FurEverBuddy and Ask Lumi do not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Information in the Service is for general informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions about your dog's health. If your dog may be experiencing an emergency, seek immediate professional veterinary care.
9. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription ("FurEverBuddy Premium"). Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by platform and region. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that platform's payment, subscription and refund terms.
10. Free Trials (if offered)
If a free trial is offered, its length and terms will be shown in the app. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it may convert to a paid subscription automatically, according to the applicable store's rules.
11. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as otherwise required by the applicable store.
12. Cancellation
You can cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings (App Store) or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or emailing us does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
13. User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including sharing it with members you invite. You confirm you have the right to submit it.
14. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
- Do not interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive or infringes others' rights.
15. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the FurEverBuddy name, logo, design and software, is owned by FurEverBuddy or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.
16. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurEverBuddy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions made about your dog's care based on the Service. Liability cap: [OWNER TO CONFIRM].
